Kvass is a non-alcoholic drink made with fermentation using grain.
The more active the sun begins to bake, the more kvas you will want to drink. Kvass not only quenches thirst, as many drinks, but invigorates and refreshes, has many useful properties. After working on its creation it is very popular and important food organisms - yeast, often in the company of lactic acid bacteria. They transform raw materials into a brew at the same time enriching it with vitamins (B1 and B2), and lactic acid. Kvass also contains a lot of potassium.
Ingredients: water, sugar, rye and corn flour, rye malt, barley malt, acidity regulators lactic and acetic acid, carbon dioxide, dry baker's yeast.
