🔄 REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

1. OVERVIEW

At LanaNova.Store, we take care to ensure all products are delivered in excellent condition.

Due to the nature of many of our products (food, perishable, hygienic items), returns and refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

2. CHANGE OF MIND

❌ We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

If you no longer require an item, we recommend gifting or donating it.

3. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

You are entitled to a replacement or refund if the product:

  • is faulty or defective
  • is damaged in transit
  • is not what you ordered

👉 Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with:

  • your order number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos of the product

We will assess and offer:

  • replacement
  • store credit
  • or refund

4. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

Returns may be accepted only if approved by us in advance.

To be eligible:

  • item must be unused and in original condition
  • packaging must be intact
  • request must be made within 14 days of delivery

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • food and perishable goods
  • frozen products
  • hygienic items
  • opened or used products
  • custom or special order items

6. INTERSTATE & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

❗ No returns are accepted for orders shipped outside Western Australia, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • full name
  • order number
  • items to be returned
  • reason for return

If approved:

  • items must be returned within 14 days of approval
  • customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • we strongly recommend tracked shipping

8. RETURN SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for the item until it reaches us
  • We are not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping
  • Items must be properly packaged

9. REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 3–5 business days (may vary by bank)

Shipping Fees:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Exception: if the item is faulty or incorrect, original shipping cost will be refunded

10. PARTIAL REFUNDS

We reserve the right to apply a partial refund if:

  • item is not returned in original condition
  • packaging is damaged
  • product shows signs of use

11. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Returns without prior approval may not be accepted
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy
