1. GENERAL INFORMATION

This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed via lananova.store.

We aim to process and deliver all orders efficiently while maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction.

2. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated
  • Orders placed after cut-off times may be processed the following business day
  • During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing times may be extended

You will receive an order confirmation and delivery notification once your order is ready or dispatched.

3. ORDER DEADLINE (RUSSIAN SCHOOL DELIVERY Perth WA only)

For Saturday school deliveries:

👉 All orders must be placed by Friday 3:00 PM (Perth time)

Orders placed after this deadline will be scheduled for the next available delivery date or might be canceled.

4. SHIPPING METHODS

We offer the following delivery options:

4.1 Perth Metro Courier Delivery

  • Flat rate: $25
  • Available within Perth Metro area
  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days
  • Weekday delivery (courier service)

4.2 Western Australia (WA Regional Delivery)

Small parcels (up to 5kg):

  • Flat rate: $22
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Medium parcels (10–15kg):

  • Flat rate: $40
  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days
  • Delivered via Australia Post or courier depending on location
  • Regional and remote areas may take longer

4.3 Interstate Shipping (NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, TAS)

Small parcels (up to 5kg):

  • Flat rate: $28
  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days

Medium parcels (10–15kg):

  • Flat rate: $55
  • Delivery time: 3–10 business days
  • Shipping is calculated as a flat rate based on parcel size
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination

4.4 International Shipping (New Zealand)

Small parcels (up to 5kg):

  • Flat rate: $40
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days

Medium parcels (10–15kg):

  • Flat rate: $90
  • Delivery time: 5–12 business days
  • International delivery times are estimates only
  • Customs delays may occur and are outside our control

4.5 Free Shipping (WA Only)

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $199
  • Available for Western Australia only
  • This does not include bulk, heavy, or frozen items specified in Section 7.

4.6 Local Delivery (6065 WA Area)

  • Available within 6 km radius of postcode 6065
  • Minimum order: $99
  • Option appears automatically at checkout if eligible
  • Delivery timeframe: 1–3 business days

5. PICK-UP OPTIONS

5.1 Local Pick-Up — Landsdale 6065 WA

  • Location: Landsdale WA 6065
  • Minimum order: $50
  • Select Local Pick-Up at checkout

5.2 Event Pick-Up

  • Free pick-up at selected markets and festivals
  • Available only on announced dates
  • Details provided via social media and newsletters @lananova.store (email, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook)

6. RUSSIAN SCHOOL PICK-UP (SATURDAY SERVICE)

Available during WA school terms only

(Not available during school holidays of WA)

6.1 Bateman — Russian School Mosaica

  • Address: 50 Murdoch Drive, Bateman WA
  • Time: Saturday 11:00 – 13:00
  • Free pick-up
  • Available on selected Saturdays only

Delivery Terms:

  • Minimum order: $50

6.2 Subiaco — Russian School at Perth Modern School

  • Address: 90 Roberts Road, Subiaco WA
  • Time: Saturday 10:00 – 12:00

Delivery Terms:

  • Orders below $120 incur $10 handling & transport fee
  • Minimum order: $120

7. SPECIAL SHIPPING CONDITIONS

7.1 Frozen Products

Includes (but not limited to):

  • herring
  • rye bread
  • cottage cheese
  • salo

Requirements:

  • Must be shipped via Express Post only
  • Not eligible for standard shipping

7.2 Heavy & Bulk Items

Includes:

  • glass jars and bottles
  • large grain packs (e.g. 1-3kg buckwheat)

Conditions:

  • Additional shipping fees apply

8. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times depend on:

  • location
  • selected shipping method

Typical timeframes:

  • Perth local: 1–3 business days
  • WA regional: 3–10 business days
  • Interstate / NZ: varies by carrier

Delays may occur due to:

  • courier issues
  • peak seasons
  • external factors beyond our control

9. DELIVERY & COLLECTION RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers must provide accurate contact details including valid mobile number 
  • Orders must be collected within the specified time window

Failure to collect may result in:

  • additional fees
  • return of goods at customer expense
  • cancellation of the order with extra fee

10. UNDELIVERED / RETURNED ORDERS

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • incorrect address
  • customer unavailability
  • failure to collect

We reserve the right to:

  • charge redelivery fees
  • cancel the order
  • deduct shipping costs from refunds

We deliver to:

  • All Australia
  • Perth & Western Australia
  • Tasmania
  • New Zealand

12. LIABILITY & QUALITY

We take care to package all products securely.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • delays caused by third-party couriers
  • damage caused during transit by external carriers

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours with photos.
