KVASS ORIGINAL
Kvass is a wholesome drink composed of barley and rye malt, with an unmistakably unique rye bread flavor. Chilled Kvass is an ideal refreshing and invigorating beverage.
Ingredients: H2O, sugar, barley malt, rye malt, CO2, acidity regulators - lactic acid, citric acid; yeast, antioxidant – ascorbic acid.
Iļģuciema Kvass is crafted from rye and barley malt to give it a pleasant bread flavour. This variety is left unfiltered during production, which allows for the retention of all its essential nutrients and amino acids. Its ingredients include water, sugar, barley malt, rye malt, carbon dioxide, lactic acid, citric acid, yeast, and ascorbic acid. Meanwhile, the porter kvass has a full, moderately strong, and sweet flavour reminiscent of rye bread. The porter's ingredients include water, sugar, barley malt, rye malt, lactic acid, citric acid, carbon dioxide, yeast, and ascorbic acid.

White kvass – surprises with its light colour and refreshing, sour-sweet taste. Grains and acaccia flower extract gives energy. White kvass is unfiltered, therefore it retains all vitamins, that are in grains.
